popwin services are intended for users located in the Philippines. Players in restricted jurisdictions may not register or access real-money games.
Each individual may hold only one popwin account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be voided in line with these Terms.
Identity verification (government-issued ID) is required before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process per account.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific conditions. Read the full bonus terms applicable to each promotion before claiming.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering an Account on popwin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and popwin in relation to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and popwin.
2.3 popwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the popwin platform. This age restriction is set in accordance with PAGCOR-aligned Philippine gaming standards applicable to online gambling services. popwin strictly enforces this requirement and will close any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, with forfeiture of any funds held in that Account.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. popwin services are intended for Players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction do so in violation of these Terms and at their own legal risk. popwin reserves the right to close Accounts and void funds held by Players identified as accessing from Restricted Jurisdictions.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on popwin. Multiple accounts held by the same individual (determined by, among other factors, matching name, address, date of birth, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method) will be treated as duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts may be closed immediately and all funds, bonuses, and winnings in any duplicate Account may be forfeited.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your Account information promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
3.5 Beneficial Owner. You must be registering for your own personal use and must be the sole beneficial owner of funds deposited into your Account. Registering on behalf of another person or using another person's identity or payment method is prohibited.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. popwin will never ask for your password. You must notify popwin support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.2 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting popwin support. popwin may also close or suspend an Account at its discretion where it has reason to believe these Terms have been violated, where fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the Account would breach applicable law or regulatory requirements.
4.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. popwin reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant Accounts after appropriate notice has been provided to the registered email address. Accounts will not be charged below a zero balance.
4.4 Identity Verification. popwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before any withdrawal, or when popwin deems verification necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. popwin accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and QR Ph. Additional payment methods may be available and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. popwin does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party payment accounts.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on popwin is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have completed identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license). This verification is required once per Account.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. popwin aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals under normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank withdrawals (BPI, BDO) may vary depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
5.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to payment provider rules and popwin's Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations.
5.6 Right to Withhold. popwin reserves the right to withhold processing of a withdrawal where it has reason to suspect fraud, where verification documents have not been provided, or where the Account is under investigation for any reason. popwin will notify the Player of any withholding as soon as practicable.
6.1 popwin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. popwin reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings generated from bonus play where there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or use of artificial intelligence or automated systems to exploit promotional terms.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before claiming a new promotion.
6.5 popwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not disadvantage Players who have already claimed and are actively subject to the promotion's terms.
7.1 All games available on popwin are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules are expressly more specific.
7.2 Random Number Generators. All popwin slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot game are published within the game information panel.
7.3 Live Casino. popwin Casino live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers. All live game outcomes are logged and timestamped. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, popwin will resolve the round in accordance with the game's published rules for disconnection scenarios.
7.4 Disputed Results. In the event a Player disputes a game result, the Player must raise the dispute within seven (7) days of the relevant game round. popwin will investigate using its complete game logs. popwin's decision on game result disputes, once made following investigation, is final.
7.5 Malfunction. In the event of a software malfunction, popwin reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard rule applicable across all popwin game categories.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the popwin platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

10.1 All content on the popwin platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and game mechanics — is the exclusive property of popwin or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the popwin platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other use of popwin's intellectual property is permitted without prior written authorisation from popwin.
10.3 Players must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any popwin software, game content, or platform element.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, popwin's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 popwin shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
11.3 popwin does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, third-party provider outages, natural events, or circumstances beyond popwin's reasonable control.
11.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. By using popwin, you acknowledge that all gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. popwin is not responsible for financial losses incurred through lawful gameplay conducted in accordance with the applicable game rules and these Terms.
12.1 popwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 popwin implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and controlled access protocols for data at rest.
13.1 popwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via in-platform notification or email to the registered address at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
13.2 Your continued use of the popwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 popwin operates in alignment with standards set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as they apply to the provision of online gaming services to Philippine residents.
